Wth the release on HyperSpin not too far away and after reading the excellent tutorials I would like to make a theme as soon as HyperSpin comes out.
Is there a list of already completed themes?
And is there a list of themes in progress?
That way I can start collecting artwork for yet to be themed games and start cutting out titles etc. and get a bit of a head start before the official release.
Cheers.

I guess we should somehow get a list going of completed themes. I think theres a section in the wiki for that and that I should be adding to everytime I approve a theme, which I havent been doing. It's probably a good time to get started. But at the same time the way the downloads section is layed out its real easy to see whats done, and your able to organize it by date or by game description and also has a great search function to see if your theme exists by description or rom name.

I hadn't checked out the Wiki,
I really wanted to do Bubble Bobble, never mind I might have a go at Canyon Bomber onced it released.

Ya I actually have a completed bubble bobble theme that billpa did, its real nice, I just havent got around to animating it for him yet. It will have the characters floating around the screen in bubbles. I think I'm going to make a premade animation sequence called float around or something like that so that further themes can have the same type of animation. My previous post above has a screenshot of the downloads area.

Sounds like a similar idea to mine, well I'm sure his would of looked better than mine anyway.
Anyway, now I've seen the list on the Wiki, I'll look around for some cool artwork on other games.

While Bill's will probably be the OFFICIAL one there is always room for more than one. Your ideas for a theme might be completely different than someone else. While it would be nice to have people create themes that don't previously exist it is not necessary and people can create whatever themes they want.

I updated the Themes page over on the wiki. Since downloads are now being handled nicely by VBulletin, I removed a lot of the Themes section over there since it might get confusing.
This Themes page should list all the themes (until the list gets too big and we separate it into several pages)

As each theme creator starts/updates/finishes a theme, it might be nice if they could edit that page to keep it up to date.

Sure Dazz I understand that but with so many different games to be themed I think it would be silly for me to start doubling up already.
