Since the new release "V1.1" the joysticks work fine on my Win 7 x64 except for combine presses to exit... but besides that..
I finished all my settings/configurations and when i transfered everything over to my main arcade machine (running Win XP x64) the joystick is not functioning at all in hyperspin. HyperHQ recognizes it and able to set my buttons, but hyperspin itself does nothing with the joystick. Mame and other emus work perfect with it so i am sure its hyperspin itself
I know this thread is old but this bug is still active even in the 1.2 update. I can confirm the same issue as above. The setup was also tested on a win7 x64 and an xp 32bit install and all works fine. the bug is isolated to winxp x64.

I have an issue with this too, i have an ipac 2 player arcade stick, mapped with keyboard buttons, seems that games in naomi and U64emu crash when multiple buttons are pressed on the player 2 controller only, i havent tested other games yet, running win xp 64bit also the HyperHQ settings wont reset, i can control the settings for player 1 but buggy for player 2 with the upgraded v1.2 release, joystick settings work fine outside of hyperspin
updated, i figured out the part of the problem, i had my second player buttons mapped out as q & s so when they were simulateous pressed it would shut down the emulator, changing the keys solved this issue, does not crash now
however hyperhq doesnt seem to recognize the player 2 controller properly, possibily because i have buttons mapped out that override other keystrokes from within hyperspin settings which is causing the conflict
updated there were conflicts bewteen player 1 and 2 controllers with certain keystrokes, remapped the buttons now everything works, problem solved!!! :D
ipac is not gamepad controller - it is keyboard controller
this bug is for controllers that represent it self as gamepads with axis and buttons

I just received two UltraStik 360's today and have found what I think is a bug. When I start HS the sticks work fine. I have not yet got any buttons setup so used the keyboard enter key to enter a wheel. Once I have used the keyboard the stick stops working within HS. I can see the stick is still working by watching "Gamepad Settings" in Windows (7 x64 Ult if it makes any difference) and also within the UltraMap software form Ultimarc. I have not yet had chance to test it with buttons installed to the stick but will report back after further investigation.
