Full screen problems

Upon exiting games and returning to Hyperspin, im finding that Hyperspin is not filling the entire screen, there is a 2 inch space at the bottom where i can see my desktop. Hyperspins res is set to 1680 x 1050, which is the native res of my screen and the res that all my emu's are set too. Oh and i used to have Hyperpin set to 800 x 600 and it did the same thing. Ok, figured this one out, some of my emulators were set to 1600, instead of 1680. Im guessing that gap at the bottom of the screen works out to roughly 80 pixels
