Need some help with this one. Any ideas?

Hmmmm, well once the artwork is fixed up (it looks pretty faded) then maybe simply making the logo and character bigger and moving the video over towards the middle it might look more complete. I have a feeling there might be something interesting that you could pull off with animations, but I'm not having much luck actually coming up with ideas.

Oh and kill the red boarder behind the characters. Maybe you could reproduce it for a video overlay.

Took your ideas and ran with them. Made characters larger and touched up their color. Removed the border around them. Enlarged the logo and video. I also added the Lotus at the bottom with a chase animation. Let me know what you think.
