Got good artwork, needs to be cut out properly (pen tool). Isn't the highest on my to do list though.

I could do one with more characters and their highly detailed cars, but that would take a lot more time & effort.

ok, here's a crazy animation idea to merge the two:

sonic zooms by driving - with smoke from the exaust (or peels out) and when the smoke clears you see the one where he's leaning against the car.

Love that idea, though about something similar. Only I need someone else to do the smoke animation for me as I don't have the proper skill to do so.
