Code for Download in Email?

I purchased the transition packs last night. I never received an email or pm with a download code? Am I missing something or does it take more time for the email to be delivered?

actually this is weird. I saw the download at first. It said I had "two" downloads left. I starting downloading, but it times out. Now the download option is gone. There is just that area for inserting a code like propaganda mentioned ... wtf?
