Mess with other systems

I am trying to get mess to work with other systems and it keeps popping up a cmd window for a second and then disappearing. The system roms are there and work, but the games dont. Only Atari 5200 and that was because I saw the video doc thank you very much btw! =)

Has anyone gotten this issue at all? Can someone help me here?

What system are you trying to run with mess?

Try setting the window state to hidden.

I am trying to run Coleco. I was using a different emulator but I didn't quite like it. And windows state is hidden.
