Hey Guys,

OneSwitch games just posted a thread in the support forum asking about Accessibility Support (http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?p=6531#post6531). This is a charity for disabled gamers and they are looking into using HyperSpin as a front end on a Handicapped Accessibility arcade cabinet. I think this is the perfect opportunity for us to bind as a single community and help out this charity.

They have a nice list of One Switch games (games that use a single button) that I think we could easily put together good looking themes for. I think between the group of talented theme creators that we have here we can get these themes pounded out within a matter of days.

Here is the list of OneSwitch games (http://www.oneswitch.org.uk/2/sd-various.htm#intro) that would be great if we could get themes together for.

I think this is a perfect opportunity to show where HyperSpin can really shine. Anyone interested in taking time from our own themes and helping this group out?

I already posted in that thread before I saw this one. I am in. themes for the games would be nice...perhaps a default theme so this is treated as its own system? Are you going to be managing this project? Just let me know what you want as far as artwork is concerned. I am sure there will be a few other people interested in chipping in.

I don't mind heading up the project, but would like to see how much interest we can get. Looking at the list of games, most of the artwork should be relatively easy to come up with or create.

I agree...there are only a dozen games. This should be pretty easy.

How should we serperate the accesibility themes in the downloads? Maybe a serperate section with duplicate downloads?

I think that would make sence.

Do you really think this is something that would get enough traffic to justify setting up a download area for? I was just thinking about taking the games they have listed, create themes, possibly custom version of HyperSpin(?) and package it all up nice and neat for them into a simple installer.

are they going to use some kind of emulator?

It looks like their games are simply PC games. So a wheel like the PC Games wheel can be used and simply use .lnk (shortcuts) as the files.
