Great frontend and great forum. I have managed to find solutions to all my setup problems here, but now I'm kind of stuck with Amiga CD32.
It all works fine in winuae, so no problems there. However, when I run from within Hyperspin I can't seem to get it working. Sometimes. That's what's bugging me the most - I can sometimes run some of the games from HS, but not consistently. It seems that whenever I reboot my system (running Vista, unfortunately) and run Hyperspin, most of the games seem to run fine on my first attempt. When exiting the game and trying to boot another, however, I'm often rewarded with nothing but a black screen.

}
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You actually don't need Daemon tools anymore as of the latest 2 WinUAE beta's.
WinUAE.exe -s use_gui=no -s gfx_fullscreen_amiga=true -s quickstart=cd32,0 -cdimage="put image file here"
I haven't figured out yet what the command line option is for the rom. They can even be zipped. WinUAE looks in the zip file and boots the CUE file.
Maybe someone can help?

As of the latest BETA of WinUAE the emulator itself searches for a CUE file first, then ISO. Got it working perfectly without Daemon Tools. Even when the game is packed within a ZIP file.

Thanks for your help! Still problems though. When launched, I just get the Amiga CD32 intro screen, the iso doesn't load. When I check the winuaebootlog file, it seems to be a problem with the "quickstart" parameter:
'C:\winuae\winuae.exe'
EXE: 'C:\winuae\', DATA: 'C:\winuae\'
'-s use_gui=no -s quickstart=cd32,0 -s gfx_fullscreen_amiga=true -cdimage="C:\winuae\CD32\Alien Breed\Alien Breed.iso"'
params:
1: '-s'
2: 'use_gui=no'
3: '-s'
4: 'quickstart=cd32,0'
5: '-s'
6: 'gfx_fullscreen_amiga=true'
7: '-cdimage=C:\winuae\CD32\Alien Breed\Alien Breed.iso'
Seems fine, but at the very bottom of the log:
load config '.\Configurations\default.uae':0
unknown config entry: 'quickstart=cd32,0'
LCD: Logitech LCD system not detected
Log (disabled): 'C:\winuae\winuaelog.txt'
Any ideas?

I am using this version:
WinUAE 2.1.0 (Public Beta 19, 2010.03.27) You need at least that version, since this is a new option not in earlier beta's. If you use a newer beta it is probably broken?!? Let me know so I can file a bug report :)
End of my bootlog:
load config '.\Configurations\default.uae':0
unknown config entry: 'parallel_sampler=none'
LCD: Logitech LCD system not detected
Log (disabled): 'C:\Documents and Settings\MrX_Cuci\emuControlCenter\ecc-user\amiga\emus\winuaelog.txt'

My bad, I was using an older version of winuae. Now the loading works perfectly, many thanks!
I haven't been able to get a clean exit, though. Esc doesn't work at all, and Alt-F4 just gives me a black screen. Do you have the exit working properly?

Tick the use CTRL-F11 option under Host/misc
Or just add it in the default loaded UAE: win32.ctrl_f11_is_quit=true
I will add it to the script if it is an accepted parameter.

That worked out just fine, thanks a lot!

i've downloaded the latest beta, and have copied and compiled the ahk file with the info in this thread, but hyperlaunch hangs every time i try to launch pinball fantasies.
could someone please explain how to configure winuae for cd32. i'm unsure how to setup a quickstart for cd32 and to make it stick so when hyperlaunch goes looking for it, it can find it...

also, when i play the game outside of hyperspin, the screen is slightly off-center...

Use my code. (not the first post) You have problems with other games aswell? Als get the 2.1.0 last official release (not the beta, beta might have broken stuff)
Off center is not a problem of Hyperspin. Check your WinUAE settings
Just wanted to say thanks for the code! Just added this collection to HS with the new WinUAE 2.3.1 and its working great :)
I'm having a very minor problem. On exit, I get the standard non-setup window saying "Amiga CD32 is an invalid blahblah or has not been implemented yet." Everything else works perfectly.

That sounds like you have an if instead of an else if somewhere on your script.
That makes sense but I can't see where the problem might be =/

RunWait, %emuPath%%executable% %cd32params%, UseErrorLevel
}
In addition, it seems to have crashed my windows explorer twice on exit.
Also, does anyone happen to have a Amiga CD32 intro vid they could post on ftp? The only one I've been able to find is Expontaneo's but it only has the first few seconds. Its a shame emumovies doesn't seem to have a set for this. Such an awesome looking system.

Check on the else ifs below that one, one of them is probably not an else if.
A complete cd32 video set is on the works, but will take some time until it's done. You can make an intro video using blazer's amiga videos for the time being though :)
Ugghh you're right lol that was dumb of me. I'm adding systems in Chronological order and when I added Mega Duck I copy/pasted for MESS from Atari 2600 and forgot to add an else.
Thanks so much.

I tried this, but I get a line error. Is this how your works? Can you re-Check it Please. Thanks!

Those of you that have CD32 working, how did you setup your gamepad/joystick? I'm trying to do it through WinUAE and the mappings don't take. It recognizes my XBOX 360 controller, but no dice. Any help is GREATLY appreciated, as I've hit a wall.
