Mame trackball & mouse control

I am having problems getting trackball & mouse control inside mame. Hyperspin trackball & mouse control work fine. Mame analog control setting are set for both mouse x & y as well as trackball x & y. Mame "all games" control settings are set the same way but no control. Does Hyperlaunch execution need more parameters to enable it? or some other setting or parameter I need. I believe I am using a standard command line type mame.exe

Nevermind I figured it out. When using the command line mame after compiling you have to make a "mame.ini" file by typing "mame -cc" from a command prompt inside the mame folder. Then change mouse perameter from 0 to 1.
