For MAME, it seems all the Btoads roms are missing files. Who has a working rom or what do I have to do to get this game to work. Im using MAME32FX.

Please do not ask for roms or links to them. Many are illegal unless or even when you own the original game. We have a "don't ask don't tell policy" with don't ask in capitals.
Over here at HS we try to create a wonderful interface for emulators with lots of eye-candy, supporting a wide range of games oriented systems and their games/applications. That is not to get all these games by 'any means necessary'. It covers wide area of what might suit people in a legal way, but what you choose to do with it is up to you.
There are many ways to get what u want on the interweb. Just please restrain from asking any of these kind of questions over here.
