Bug report "themes wait for special"

Tested on version 1.1 and 1.2

If I set "Themes wait for special" (main setting / optimzier) in HyperHQ I can't see the flyers of the Neo Geo system anymore. It displays the first one, if I go to next wheel there is no flyer. Disabeling that option displays the flyers again.

yeah, i think i posted something about this a while back, it does it with videos too if you are using a default theme.
