HyperHQ High Score question

In HyperHQ under Main Settings/Tools what is the Hi Score: Enabled/Disabled for and also the Y: and Delay:? Does this have to do with LEDBlinky or HitoText?
I couldn't find any explanation in any of the Documents.

if you aren't using it then disable it.
