Cabinet Art Issues.

So I am using BadBoyBills cabinet as an example cause his looks fantastic.....

I am doing a similar design, but my artist is running into a problem where we did our own custom background, but we used graphics from real pinball games to make a sort of collage similar to how BBB looks, but at full resolution the characters are looking like pixelated crap (Our Background and the hyperpin logo look great)......Is there some trick to getting around this, or does anyone have any tips?

You need to be creating your artwork to scale at at least 150 dpi. 300 would be even better (that is what I typically work in) but the files tend to be huge and make your computer chug quite a bit.

Sounds like you are working in 72 dpi and perhaps not even to scale ie if your cab is 50 inches long, your file needs to be 50 inches long at at least 150 dpi.
