Anyone have somewhere I can download the 1.7 version. I have tried going to the site but they ask me to do some dumb sight and signup for things tha are just ads. I tried doing some of it but didnt work to give me access to download.

I believe the 1.7 version is locked to the registration, which would make it something that shouldn't be shared. I believe it required a donation to get from the website.
Project64 1.6 will work just fine with a slight AHK mod though.

I tried the mod for 1.6 and get the same problem that it cant open the file.

I believe the change is just to remove the quotations then recompile the AHK with AutoHotKey

Can someone show what quotations? I can't get this to work, 1.6 says file can't be found and 1.7 starts with sound but with only a black screen :(

It's a little old but I wanted to add something to the 1.6 .ahk mod. Once you take off the quotations and compile the script again, go into HyperHQ.exe. Under the Nintendo 64 wheel settings change the "Execution": to "Hyperlaunch" not "Normal" (defaults to normal). THEN the mod worked for me.

The latest beta is 1.7.0.49. It's only for paid members. There haven't been anymore updates since.

I've seen a 1.7.0.55 floating around, but it's not made by the Project64 team. At best it's a random hack that may or may not be better than 1.7.0.49. At worst it's a virus.
Just a warning for anyone who might find the fake release in a search.
