Wanst trying to be a d... I was pretty much saying that because the logo looks a little shotty, and the character art is kinda just not really goin well with the theme and the background is a photoshop nightmare. Looks like you used purple difference in clouds to mask the skull background and cover up the picture.
My personal opinion would be to use the real skulls from the game as the background instead to give it more the feal of the official artwork, its really nice when trying to replicate the cabs appeal by using that stuff instead of using some other art, but only if its necessary. I'd also use a larger character and maybe get a better logo if possible.
