How to make a custom xml file for MAME??

IS there a program to make an xml rom list for HS from MAME roms? Something with filters, like for example, I don't care about casino games, so I'd like to zap them from the xml, but not from my rom library (I have a complete set of roms, like this it's easier to update them with crlmpro).

When selecting Genre, what exactly are BIOS games?

BIOS "games" are really just the BIOS files used for certain systems (IE: Neo-Geo bios)

Just one more question, I was thinking on setting different MAMEs , one for each genre that i would play (sports doesn't concern me, just like casino games) but is it possible to set just one MAME in the main wheel, then the next wheel would have all the genres, then choose one genre and then another wheel with that genre's games?

There isn't support for nested menus in HyperSpin.

It's Basically Main Menu -> Games from the system.

However, you can hit the "Genre" button to bring up the list of available genres (as defined in the Genre file).
