Aimtrak Config Software 1.4

Has anyone experienced an issue running the aimtrak 1.4 software on Windows 7 64-bit? I have installed .net framework 4.0, and ran as administrator but the program never opens. If I watch the process in the task manager, it keeps increasing memory usage until about 100MB, ~5min and then windows says the program is not responding. I have also tried running it in XP SP3 compatibility mode with no success.

I have tried this on 2 different machines that are both Windows 7 x64 and the result is the same. However if I run the software at work on a Windows 7 32bit machine, it comes up right away..

Has anyone got this running on Windows 7 (64 Bit)?

I had the same problem, i'm running XP sP3. Uninstalled and reinstalled loads of times. It seems to work fine now, i always have the gun plugged in though, and it opens everytime.
Sorry it's not a fix, just thought i'd share this. Hope you get it sorted.

It seems I have a problematic gun, when it's plugged in the config utility won't work. When I just have the other "good" gun it launches fine. If I launch the program first and then insert the problem aimtrak the program will close.

I let Andy know the situation. I will pass on any new information.

Still working with Andy regarding this issue.

On a side note, does anyone know how to get the offscreen reload working with Model2. The gun and fire work fine I just cant get the reload. :)

Andy from ultimarc has deemed the one problem Aimtrak I received as defective. He is sending a replacement.

I used my working gun for about 2 Hours last light and it was loads of fun and they are super easy to setup.
