Box Art

For console system there is already box art for N64, NES, 32X etc... Is this the game plan for other systems as a standard layout with themes being created for Mame? I kinda like the idea myself but was wondering how other felt?

Yes it is, Its TOO much to build a theme for every game and every system. So console/handhels will share one theme with rotating boxart and videos. If I ever get my act together GBA may be next and I know Billy has a full DC set and can scan the art. It will take time but once its done. Its done.

Seriously though, I think the Dreamcast is one of my all time favorite consoles. I remember importing one from Japan about a year before it came out here in the US. I still remember playing Sonic on it and being blown away by the visuals on the second stage to the point I called my mother in my room to watch it! I was amazed and it brings back a lot of good memories from my youth.

Even today when I go back and play the system now, it holds up well and that is also one of the reasons I am so excited about Naomi support. It's like the DC on crack! =]
