Site download problems

I can't seem to download the Main Menu Starter Theme Pack.

I hope it isn't an issue on my end. All other downloads have worked just fine but this one doesn't completely download and the file size isn't the same. WinRAR gives me an error. Should I just ignore this error and extract it?

I have the same problem, I have tried using a friends internet/computer and still only get about half of it downloaded:bawling:.
