I like it too, well done. I would still make the logo bigger, especially the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles portion of it, though I'm sure you're concerned it will be cut off in the upper corner.

my only criticism is the image of the turtles is from the new cartoon. something more period correct would be awesome but it's a great looking theme!

I agree as well (threw me off a bit at first when I enlarged it and saw the contemporary turtles), but it is a very solid theme otherwise.
