Hyperlist is down ?

I try to configure my amstrad Emulator and see that Hyperlist doesn't work anymore ?

The old HyperList PC application nolonger works. The only thing available now is the web application at http://hyperlist.hyperspin-fe.com/

If you are attempting to use the Dir2XML portion, you can utilize HyperROM2XML or dir2xml on these forums :)

I think he means that you cant see the options on the left after you log on to Hyperlist. I cant see it either with I.E. or firefox.

Doh! Try now. That's my fault from doing some upgrades, but wasn't noticeable by me.

ok the options side bar is back up and the only thing I see now not working is "create a romlist"....

This is because I forgot to upload the updated version of this module. I moved the urlencode2 function from this module to the master functions file.... but forgot to update the create list module.

Yeah, I figured as much.
I had over 500 misses on roms using my own mame 137 database.
Do you keep an archive of older versions of mame for instance, do you have a mame 137 complete database (with eye candy)?

I have to update my art to 137 then Ill move on to later versions of mame. Ill probably wait till mame 140.

Not really, once I upgrade, that's the latest and greatest version, so I don't really keep older xml's at all.

The renames can be obtained from progetto's (sp?) site where the Catver, etc are.

I have a .139 rom set...If you look at the version of the list on HyperList it shows that MAME is currently .139. We do not add incremental builds (u releases) and it's updated within a couple days after each MAME milestone release (ie. .138, .139, .140, etc).

If I go to HyperList and click, say, the MAME > Genre (http://hyperlist.hyperspin-fe.com/genrexml.php?system=6) button, I get a blank browser page.

Working on it? Just me? :)

Yes, the Genre is under-construction. We are adding many many many more Genre's to the lists.
