Just a request for the lowly old 7800. I've found a fairly nice emu that I use at:

Thanks

Yeah...that would be nice. I would also love to see Atari 2600 support.

Hopefully these can started after MAME themes. Many MAME themes will probably be converted over. I have started a 2600 system theme but never finished. I also have a fair amount of cart pics, manuals, and box art for the 2600 if someone would like it.

A bump just to see if this has gotten any love yet.

I am about to test "stella" for the 2600 and "ProSystem" for the 7800. Will let you know how it goes. Both these emulators support association so it should work with no problems.

I am new here, so perhaps you lot can answer.
At the moment, what is the direction hs is taking in regards to new systems? Is now currently concentrating on MAME, trying to have themes for all the mame roms? then what? move on neo geo, n64 etc etc?
Personally I think mame is the most important with regard to having a complete set.

Alrighty, I tested adding the 7800 (ProSystem 1.3) and it worked flawlessly. I will take some screenscreenshots and post them here shortly. I have no doubt I will get the 2600 (Stella) working as well.

Yeah prosystem is fine.
But there is not such good emulators for the 5200.

aren't we already using mess for the 5200? it may not be great but it works.
adding 2600/7800 would be great. I would also like to see Jaguar (I have a full DB & box art for the jag when someone adds HL - I'll even do a theme!) I don't have daemon tools supported on my OS so I can't test a HL script for it otherwise I would.

I will be testing the Jaguar Next using Project Tempest 0.95. Will post my results soon as I am done.

I haven't tested the emulator thoroughly but jum52 seems to work ok for me with Hyperspin, by that I mean games launch and quit fine(with a recompiled hyperlaunch) haven't tested it for emulation quality yet though.

I believe the original HS setup for it was using jum as well. Thanks for the insight! I'll see about getting this up on my machine as well later. :)
