HyperSpin - Script laucher - One small Title Page list "genre"
If ??????? ... nothing found myself today if exist in HyperSpin.

Here are my many (good I think) manipulations :

For boot HyperSpin, i use a recompiled script (a good script source can found here) :
Look AutoHotkey (freeware @ http://www.autohotkey.com/)
It is very easy to create black full desktop window, hide TaskBar and anothers windows...
For lauch emulators, I use another script made witch AutoIt V3 (Freeware)@ http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/
It is easy to decompact roms sets format 7z, zip or rar in temp directory, auto look if several sets in same 7z title rom compacted (several versions, translation, boot disk, system to use for Amiga, Apple II ...) auto creating windows choise for one good rom and boot emulator...
You can send keys, assign one "Quit" key for all emulator, write or change new config for special emulator or joystick configuration...
I lauch ALL emulators... Of course HyperSpin is really OK FOR ALL and NO BUG.

I use "genre" page for differents games lists (same Media), genre, year, docs and goodies (viewer format HTML, PDF, TXT...) my script detect extension.
Show the screens shots (titles, cassettes, screens, videos)
Add Background.png, Selector.swf (and another ??????? sound ?????? animation ??????) edit the small ini in folder setting
??.ini ... use "HyperTheme" utility for calculate x and y pointers (screens, video, text files placement).
No resize auto function (Horiz or Vert in a cadre)???????
I think this title list page very important.
Also I use "Advanced Batch Converter" Shareware utility for resize all pictures in good resolution for myself.

How booting directly this (only one ?????????) page title list "genre" (key H) in main menu ???????
Lauch anothers titles pages "genre" for same (or another) media ????????

If you want my script source AutoIt for exemple, I can upload it; I'm not a very good programer, but it is Ok.

K, thanks for the input, Im trying to decypher your post so let me know if I get anything wrong.

1. HyperSpin already has an optional script launcher that we made for launching emu's that might need a little extra control. It's called HyperLaunch and its in the downloads area. Feel free to look at it and make and submit changes or help me on it since I'm probably not the best script writer. If needed we can included 7zip with our official download if thats needed for certain emu's. The script already does what you say also, hide mouse, taskbar, black window, all that. The script also detects multiple extensions also like you say. Just put your extensions like this
(extension = zip,n64,z64), if you want to work together to merge our scripts and make hyperlaunch better, please let me know.

2. I will try to improve the genre page like you suggest with new animations and make it more interesting.

3. HyperTheme doesnt create default layouts, like where the x and y for text and pointers are. I might add that later, its made more for making game specific themes. But HyperHQ will do this when its done.

4. Vertical support might be later down the road, still figuring out how to layout existing thems in a vertical setup.

5. Your utilizing batch conversion for pictures, but our official artwork goes exactly perfect for our main default themes, so thats not necessary unless your doing custom work for yourself, i.e. not using our default layouts.

6. Yes you can already go straight into a single menu in HyperSpin, settings.ini set your mode to singe instead of multi and spedify as single mode title. So if you want to use HyperSpin for only one game system you can already.

7. We are going to add multi emu support also for a single list. Easy to add, but I just havent gotten to it yet.
