Couldn't find an answer to this anywhere, but it appears the Hyperspin Themes directory is MIA. Is there some work being done or did it get nuked?
It's back, someone accidentally placed it in the Hyperspin Wheel Art directory.
I still opt for limited privileges for regular gold members.
So the Gold Member Section is read only & the Upload Here directory has full privileges.
It happens more often that people -with no harm intended- accidentally move/delete content. I had a few times I dragged one folder into another without noticing, I later discovered my mistake & corrected it, but this might better be prevented in the future.

Do we have the same problem now? I can't see the folder called: Gold Member Downloads
Can you please investigate this?

Sorry for resurrecting a thread, but the FTP site only has box art and wheel art folders in the gold members section at the moment. Is the restore from yesterday still ongoing, or is this a new issue?

It was, it looks like it got taken down again, will try to get back up soon.

If it's a repeat offender I say you ban him/her until they figure out how to use the darn ftp.

The log narrowed it down to 3 guys that could have done it, I emailed and talked with them.
Either way this gave us the opportunity to go to our new packaged version system.
Basically each wheel pack or boxart pack etc... will be zipped and packaged with a version number. These packs are super mint and match our final xml's exactly and are official, so you know your getting the best stuff with no need to rename.
Currently the kool style wheel images will have to be reuploaded by someone who has renamed and verified them against our final xml's, this goes for any artwork that anyone wants to go into the main gold member downloads area. We finally got fed up with all this mixed up artwork and bad names etc... So now it will have to be mint and match our official db to be considered for our gold member downloads for the users' sake. Consider downloading anything downloaded from our gold member downloads to be quality and named perfect.

This sounds Fantastic BBB. Is there going to be a submission system so that these get verified before they get uploaded to the Gold section?
We will still need to get all the Main Menu Themes, System Themes, and Game Themes. We will also need to make sure that we go through the themes and make sure that their names match the minted XML's.

Just put it in the uploads area somewhere and send me or jhabers a message that you have a set you need approved. Make sure all the names are correct first and the set is complete.

to see what game files you don't have for a given xml you can use utility called:
"wots missing.bat" from version 3 of remamer
the script checks for all your games if you have matching game file
files that are missing are printed on screen

I checked the FTP and the download section in search of these for the NES but I only see a hand full, is there a problem with FTP or is that all of the themes created so far?

Ok, for the Nes i have the full set of art, boxes, flv and wheels i dont seem to have more than a few themes i will gladly up load what i have (apart from the flvs i dont think i can here) like i say the ftp is lacking a lot of items that have been there in the past.
I also have the default nintento arcade theme which is worth a download (couldnt find it on the ftp)
I recently completed my ps1 wheel with about 400 or so games but i do have all the wheels (custom from a few months back no longer on the ftp) and all the boxart etc and this was my final setup. All in all i have 20 or so systems running including cd32,amiga,atari st,atomiswave, dreamcast, mame so like i say if i have it i will gladly upload.I can PM you the list if you want.
sorry about the nes themes

Thanks Sked, but I have a feeling the themes you have are the same ones I have. I just find it hard to believe that these are all of the themes there are.
