Problem Starting NES games

I am having a problem with starting NES games.

When I try to start that game a black screen comes up then a box comes up which says "File Not Found".Here is where Nestopia is located on my computer C:\Downloads\Nestopia and here is where the roms are E:\Emulators\NES\ROMS.
Here is what the first part of the settings file for the NES for hyperspin looks like:

Is that what it should look like?
Is Nestopia the right emul;ator to be using?

Try use rompath to true.

The box you describe is not from HyperSpin. For Nestopia you need to launch Nestopia and make sure that you setup the paths within the settings for the emulator first before trying to run via HS.
