Nice theme. I think the logo should be alot bigger. The IREM logo seems out of place for some reason. I love the background.

Nice theme, title needs to be bigger though.
Very good job and if I may say so I think the title should be a little bigger.
on the title you can remove the black to give more depth
I wonder if an external light blue glow around the video would not be the most beautiful
it's just my point of view :)

Ah man some swf lighting would be awesome on this theme and maybe some bubbles floating up from the bottom (particles). Nice theme!

Made logo bigger got rid of black.
Added another explosion around irem to make it look more in place.
Looks good to me.
:( i dont have adobe flash.
can send someone the files if they want to mess with it. Let me know.

Here are some files if someone want to take this over and do some swf love.
It changed some .png to .jpg guess to big for file upload.

You should have packed all your files in a zip to avoid the jpeg transformations.
The theme looks really good.
