I know Mednafen (0.8.D.3) & MESS (SVN r9305) coding for the LYNX is based off of Handy, but is it better, same or worse then Handy 0.95 in terms of bugs, speed and compatibility?

I have been using Handy and am hoping one of these are better.

I switched from Handy to Mednafen. So far it's been great and allows Full Screen without resolution switching problems that I was having with Handy.

Same results here. Highly recommend Mednafen. Actually I've switch GB, GBC, GBA, Lynx. NES, Virtual Boy, and NGPC over to mednafen and would recommend it for all these systems

So Mednafen doesn't have the annoying stuttering as Handy?

Nope. If you set it up for fullscreen res. it will load and exit smoothly at fullscreen.

I would agree. Mednafen seems to be the way to go on the Lynx.
