Problem with HyperROM2XML!

I used HyperROM2XML to generate an XML file of the ROMs that I have. I only have 3500 of the 8000 in HyperSpin, so it would be nice to only see the games that I have. I used HyperROM2XML properly, putting in all the right folders and output options, and it still gave me the 8000 games in Hyperspin! What is the problem?

you can use rom lister also to filter games based on roms in directory.

rom lister is even better cause you can remove non working game and genres you don't like

filtering by directory is on the bottom of settings window - check manual
