I have no idea what this is, but the theme looks nice. Try adding a soft drop-shadow to the character and make a vid border that matches the look of the title.
FM Towns is a japanese computer system. You can see some of the games supported in scummvm. It's games are similar to DOS games. Many games we know also had ports on FM Towns, often better too.

That shadow on the character looks nice - makes it "pop" more. The vid frame looks nicer, too, but if you could make it beveled like the title it would be tops.

Actually the wheel we have on hyperbase right now is much more accurate, the FM Towns logo doesn't have a black border. That one would work fine for a custom wheel with this theme though.

This theme has been approved and is now available for download.
I added the wheel image from above in the zip if anyone would like to use it to match the theme.
