Table exiting+ Problem, Please help!

Hey everyone I have just started delving into the visual pinball/hyperpin world..

Here is my issue:

I updated my FPLauncher to allow me to exit tables and when I get into a table the keys on my pc lock. What I mean is they do not respond at all, even after exiting out of Hyperpin and opening a word document. Even stranger is that they keys I have in the settings.ini are the only ones that are locked.
