HyperTheme Modify/Edit Themes

I know we're unable to modify/edit themes we've created but do we really have to re-create the whole thing to make any changes until the "Edit" option is available?

I was wondering how any of you was handling this for now?

Manually by editing the XML of the theme file. Or you can simply just remake the theme in HyperTheme as it only takes a couple seconds to set back up.
