Do you mean is it possible to connect USB storage and access that through hyperspin app? I'm not certain. I will try it this weekend and report back asap. reznnate Posted July 26, 2015 Share Posted July 26, 2015 As long as the Nexus 9 is defining that external storage as usbdrive0/1/2/3 or sdcard01/2/3 it should work fine. Hyperspin really needs external storage. The Shield TV ships with a 500GB HD named as /sdcard o that is the most stable device. Sting Posted July 27, 2015 Author Share Posted July 27, 2015 Update!!! Tried a USB pen drive, and my nexus 9 recognises it as:(usb://3003/*****/) ***** = whatever name I name the drive as! I've tried unplugging and restarting, but it gives me the number (3003 to 3007) prior to the drive! Is there anychance of adding these paths to any update, or will it be different with a external hard drive? Has anyone else experienced this on nexus 9? reznnate Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 I've seen this on different versions of Android. It might be limited to Nexus9's limited support for external media.
