dalgairns Posted November 23, 2015 Share Posted November 23, 2015 Hello, I am trying to build a Hyperspin set up using only "No-Intro" romsets but seem to be having problems getting them to match up with the CRC values in the Hyperspin XML's. Taking the Atari 7800 as an example: I downloaded the Atari 7800 .dat files from DAT-o-Matic I then got a 100% match of roms that match the CRC values in the .dat file using Romulus I then downloaded the Hyperlist XML for the Atari 7800 and used it with Dons ROM renamer to rename my roms based on the CRC value ...trouble is the CRC values in the no-intro dat file are completely different to the CRC values in the Hyperlist XML file. Question is: Where do the CRC values in the hyperlist XML come from if not from "No-Intro"? Do they come from another source? Strange thing is that it worked with the ATARI 5200 using the same method. Failed also when I attempted this with the Atari ST. Has anyone come across this before?
