Finally after many months my project is coming along pretty well. I know there are things I could do differently, but its a learning experience, specially since I don't have any carpentry skills. At least I have computer skills and the drive to finish my project. Unfortunately, family and 2 jobs have made this a slow process. Luckely this forum and SimpleAustin videos have helped me tremendously. Something I learned the hard way, if RetroArch crashes on startup, make sure your video card drivers are updated to the latest drivers such ATI AMD :wallbash:. Below is the list of items I have or used on my cabinet

32" Samsung TV

Dell OptiPlex 7020 i5, 8GB Ram, 1TB HD, 4TB HD for Roms, 512 ATI video card (cheap)

I used 2 sheets of MDF 4 x 8

Left over cables for joysticks and buttons

Ipac 2 board

Creative spakers

1 quart of Kilz primer

1 quart of black paint

I still need to purchase

Graphics

Tmolding

LED lights

Also the location for the Bezels and Fades in RocketLauncher are on media folder, found the hard way :wallbash:. RetroArch is a good emulator Suhrvivor, but dam. I formatted my computer many times and updated, too many head aches, to find out the video drivers where out of date. I learned to make a base install, configure HyperSpin and RocketLauncher with base settings to talk to each other, then save files, compress and upload files to cloud. Make small new changes, save, compress and upload and repeat process for new changes. If I messed up, continue on last backup. Its too much work, but for me its more efficient for the lack of time.
