tcmt Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 don't know if it helps but here is the old documentation site on special artwork from the old website: https://web.archive.org/web/20140325192330/http://hyperspin-fe.com/oldsite/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=78&Itemid=88 there it says: "If you have other Special Art you want to use in place of Artwork A, just place that art in the Media\Images\Special folder for your particular system. Remember to uncheck Use Default. " and "You’ll notice that there aren’t any Special Art B files or images in the system folder. If you look in the Main Menu folder, you’ll find them there. HyperSpin just looks for them there unless you uncheck ‘Use Default’ for Special Art B." Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So I'm understanding it that for any systems if you want to use the special art in the main menu special images folder you tick use default.
