Welcome to the wiki!
This wiki's main purpose is to help build documentation for the Hyperspin Front End and possibly also help to keep track of the various themes that are being designed for it.
The wiki uses Mediawiki software, as used by Wikipedia and BYOAC, so hopefully most people will be somewhat familiar with how it works. To keep away from the standard Mediawiki look, I edited the 'Modern' skin to match the HyperSpin site template.
Wiki WIP
Since Theme downloads are being handled by VBulletin nicely now, I've removed the more in-depth Theme pages from the wiki. It might be helpful to continue to list themes here, but information for each individual theme is probably best left to the download section of the site.
For more technical info on what's going on behind the scenes of the wiki, check out the Wiki Status page.

The Documentation page should have a list of the various guides and tutorial with a brief description of each.
- As of February 2010 the Wiki is being updated and information is being added. Consoles can be divided into 2 categories: unofficial consoles and official consoles. Official consoles are those that have media and settings included with the HyperSpin installer (including arcades, e.g. MAME). Unofficial consoles are those that are not included in the HyperSpin installer.
- The fastest way to find documentation for a specific system is via the search. Redirects are being added to remove ambiguity so a search of NES, Famicom, or Family Computer will automatically take you to Nintendo Entertainment System.
- The data on the system pages currently reflects only what's done and available in the downloads section of the main HyperSpin website.
- This means that all 'WIP' projects are denoted as 'No'
- Finished art that is FTP only is denoted as 'No'
- Files included in the HyperSpin installer, but not in the downloads section are denoted as 'No'
- Once all systems are added we will be adding 'FTP' and 'WIP' demarkation
- The reason for marking 'No' for finished art that isn't in the downloads section is two-fold:
- So we know what needs to be added to the downloads section
- To prevent "The wiki says it's done but I can't find it" threads in the forums

The Themes page should have a list of the currently available themes as well as the ones currently in progress.
The Resource page will have a list of websites that contain various types of resources for use when creating HyperSpin themes or artwork.
